The 36-year-old originally joined the Pears on a two-week loan at the start of April, which was later extended to cover four additional County Championship matches against Kent, Northamptonshire, Durham, and Lancashire. However, Hannon-Dalby has now returned to Edgbaston and is included in Warwickshire’s squad for their home clash against Yorkshire, starting on Friday.

During his four appearances for Worcestershire, the right-arm bowler took 11 wickets at an average of 30.36, with a best performance of 4-45 in the victory over Middlesex at Lord’s. He was initially brought in due to uncertainty over Beyers Swanepoel’s availability, but the South African all-rounder eventually joined the Pears, making his debut in the innings win over Kent and claiming seven wickets in two matches.

Swanepoel, however, will miss Worcestershire’s match against Division Two leaders Durham at New Road, starting on Friday, after suffering a concussion in the defeat to Northamptonshire. Meanwhile, England Test captain Ben Stokes is set to return from injury for the visitors.
